Established in 2012, through Mirriam Duduzile Nkosi, a female and unemployed mother at age 57 in a previously disadvantaged community with an aim to transform life’s many challenges into growth through business. As a son with inherited responsibilities and dependents, while working full time as a municipal official, I registered the company Tenko2744 and provided advisory services to my mother Mirriam Nkosi who as a director performed everyday administrative duties of the business.
Over the years the company grew and acquired assets and more contracts with expansion into other services. The director is now at age 65 and has retired. In 2019 I resigned from government and assumed responsibilities of the business on a full time basis. The change of ownership process is underway for myself T E Nkosi to take over the directorship of Tenko2744.
